The Petition raises various challenges against one Mr. Kamble, who is working as Head Master in the school run by the present Petitioner. It appears that there are various disputes in the two groups run by the said management. The Petition appears to be filed by one of the group of the management. It appears that Shri Kamble who is working as Head Master is working under the dictates of other group of the Society.

It further appears that the dispute as to who is entitled to 1/2

dgm 2 19-wp-7719-15.sxw manage the affairs of the Trust is pending before the Competent Authority i.e. Assistant Charity Commissioner. In the absence of other group and the Head Master against whom the relief is sought being made party Respondent in the present Petition, we find that the Petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of non-joinder of necessary parties.
