This is an Application filed by the Applicant for re-calling the order dated 14.03.2019, by which the Applicant's Bail Application No. 1976 of 2018 was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The order dated 14.03.2019 is re-called and Bail Application No. 1976 of 2018 is restored back to its original file. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
