Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Petitioners are aggrieved by the cancellation of selection process which was undertaken pursuant to advertisement of 30 December 2016. The cancellation was itself carried out on 27 November 2020. Now, fresh selection process is being conducted. Based on the selection process which was conducted 7 years ago and cancelled 3 years ago, at this stage not possible for us to issue Writ of Mandamus as to restore the Jyoti Mane 1 of 2

It is open to the Petitioners, so eligible, to apply under the new selection process.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
