1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] The challenge in this petition is to the judgment and order dated 22.07.2013 made by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) allowing Original Application No. 465 of 2008 instituted by the respondent. 3] The MAT has relied upon the ruling of the Division Bench in the case of State of Maharashtra Vs. Smt. Hemlata Babanrao Hulawale & Ors. (W.P. NO.

1559 OF 1999) decided on 16.06.2006. There is no serious dispute that the issues raised in the present petition stands covered by the ruling in Smt. Hemlata Babanrao Hulawale (supra).

4] Petitions similar to the present petition i.e. W.P. No. 10447 of 2004 and W.P. No. 5357 of 2004 were also disposed of by this Court vide orders dated 01.02.2018 and 26.07.2018, relying upon the ruling in Smt. Hemlata Babanrao Hulawale (supra).

5] Mr. Walimbe, the learned AGP submits that, the contentions as recorded on behalf of the State of Maharashtra in the case of Smt. Hemlata Babanrao Hulawale (supra) may be treated as reiterated by him in the present petition as well. We note this submission. However, having regard to the view taken by the Coordinate Bench in Smt. Hemlata Babanrao Hulawale (supra), obviously we cannot be persuaded to take any different view in this matter. There is no serious dispute that the subject matter of the present petition and issues raised herein stand substantially covered by the ruling in Smt.

6] Accordingly, present petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
