Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant/intervenor and the learned APP. 2.

The applicants were admitted to protection by order dated 13/05/2022, and the said protection continued till date. 3.

The respective counsels for the applicant and the intervenor submit that the parties have drawn consent terms in two suits filed amongst them interse and the consent terms were placed before the Lok Adalat held on 12/11/2022, on which day an award has been passed. He has also placed on record the copy Ashish Mhaske

2/2 5 ABA 1305.22.doc of the consent terms and the terms of compromise/settlement, which are mark as 'X' for identification. Apart from this it is submitted that on completion of investigation charge-sheet is also already filed.

In the wake of the above, the order dated 13/05/2022 deserve confirmation as the Investigating Officer state that the present applicants have rendered their cooperation in the investigation.

Order dated 13/05/2022 is made absolute.
