The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 have not sent the proposal with relevant documents to respondent no. 3 and as such in the absence of pension papers/proposal, respondent no. 3 is not able to forward the same to respondent no. 2 and as a result the petitioner is not getting the pension.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that the papers along with service book as may be available with

54-5880.2016.sxw respondent nos. 4 and 5 shall be forwarded to the respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, respondent no.3 Education Officer shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision and in case there is any deficiency, he is directed to get it cleared either from the petitioner or from respondent nos. 4 and 5. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 as also the petitioner is expected to cooperate with respondent no. 3. Petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and; 5 to appear before respondent no 3 Education Officer along with all relevant documents on 3.11.2016. Petition stands disposed of. On getting the deficiencies cleared, respondent no. 3 to immediately forward the papers to respondent no 2.
