Applicant is seeking regular bail after having suffered arrest on 22nd Juanuary, 2022 in Crime No.40 of 2022 registered with Indapur Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 403, 408, 409, 420, 120B of IPC and Sections 5, 6 of Prize, Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1987 and Sections 21, 22, 23, 25 of Banning of Unrelated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019. 2.

Applicant is already charge-sheeted.

It is claimed that applicant was running Bhishi Scheme (Circulation of Money Scheme).

Since there are no antecedents and applicant has already co-operated in the investigation resulting into BGP.
