At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Ms. Patil (P.I.) of Chitalsar Police Station submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No. 80 of 2022 dated 2nd April 2022 registered with Chitalsar Manpada Police Station, Thane City, police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane on 10th November 2022.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge and/or to contest the said case as contemplated under the 1/2
DAE 39-APL-554-2022.doc provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
