As the appeal is only on the point of quantum of compensation, the Appellant has no objection, even if the Respondent's withdrawal of the admitted amount of Rs.14 Lakhs only.

3] In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the decree, subject to the Appellant depositing the cheque within a period of one week from today.
