1) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in furtherance of Order dated 16th September 2016 the applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.12 lacs in the Registry of this Court. The facts giving rise to file the present application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants are recorded in the Orders dated 6th June 2016 and 16th September 2016. 2) In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 6th June 2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer in CR No.I-56 of 2016 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station, District-Thane as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m till filing of chargesheet.
