We have already, by order dated 11.08.2015, directed Respondent No.3 to decide the representation in accordance with law within four weeks. The statement is made that it is not yet decided for want of documents from the Petitioner. The submission is made that no documents were called by the Corp;oration. However, they 1/2

The statement is made by the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed requisite documents and they have also filed written submissions.

The Respondents to give intimation/notice to the Petitioner of the list of documents which they want to rely upon to pass an appropriate order. The petitioner to file those documents within two weeks from today and the Corporation to take decision within four weeks thereafter.

With above observation, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty.
