Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.1 or any other competent officer to decide the representation dated 29th July, 2014 (copy of which is annexed at Exh.'D') filed by the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Respondent No.1 or any other competent officer shall decide the same on its own merits and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
