(A.K. MENON, J.) (A.S. OKA, J.) Ms. K. S. Patil i/b. Ms. Smita Deomane for the Petitioner. Mentioned at 3.00 p.m.

On the oral prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, order of dismissal passed in the morning session is recalled and the petition is restored.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Thane, to decide the complaint of the year 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a
18.wp-6666.13.doc time bound schedule may be fixed for the disposal of the complaint.
5.
Before many District Consumer Redressal Fora in the State, there is a pendency of very old complaints.
6.
Therefore, the issue whether out of turn hearing can be given to the complaint filed by the petitioner can be decided only by the concerned Forum. We, therefore, permit the petitioner to make an application to the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Thane, for giving out of turn priority to the hearing of the complaint. 7.
If a case is made out by the petitioner for giving out of turn priority for hearing of his complaint, we sure that an appropriate order will be passed by the District Forum.
8.
With the above direction, the petition is disposed of. (A. K. MENON, J.) (A. S. OKA, J.)
