Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by original Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 3121 of 2011.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that both the applicants are senior citizens. He further submits that this Court (Coram : S.C. Dharmadhikari, J) by order dated 04.07.2011 expedited the hearing of Writ Petition. He submits that though the matter was expedited by this court, same is not appeared for final hearing. Hence, he preferred the present Civil Application.

15 caw 2677-16=.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the earlier order dated 04.07.2011 passed by this court and as both the applicants are senior citizens, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Hearing of Writ Petition No. 3121 of 2011 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place the Writ Petition No. 3121 of 2011 in weekly board for final haring as per its turn under list of senior citizen. c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
