Heard Mr. G. S. Godbole, learned Senior Advocate for applicant and Mr. R. S. Alange, learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3, 5, 7 to 12, 14 and 15. Mr. Alange states that respondent nos.4, 6 and 16 to 19 have expired. Respondent No.13 has resigned as trustee of the respondent no.1. He stated that following persons are appointed as new trustees :- i) Shri Gurdas Rudresh Malge, ii) Shri Arvind Malikarjun Bhagdure, iii) Shri Gholi Mahakal Malikarjun Belore URS

In view thereof, Mr. Godbole seeks permission to delete respondent nos.4, 6 and 16 to 19 as they have expired and respondent no.13 who has resigned. He further seeks leave to implead the above persons as respondents. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 168 days in fling the Civil Revision Application.

Mr. Alange waives service on behalf of respondents. He assures that within one week from today he will file appearance on behalf of newly added respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
