This appeal is directed against the Judgment and decree dated 7.4.2011 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, in Special Civil Suit No.512 of 2007 wherein the suit claim is Rs.18,73,500/- which is below Rs.1 Crore falling within the jurisdiction of the District Court. The First Appeal is accordingly required to be transferred to the District Court.

Office is directed to take appropriate steps within a period of two weeks from today to transfer this appeal to the District Court Nasik. R and P if received shall also be transferred along with the appeal.
