Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

Learned APP on instructions states that charge-sheet has been filed in C. R. No. 93 of 2016 registered with the Kurar Police Station, Mumbai, as against the Applicant. On instructions, she states that as charge-sheet is filed, custody of the Applicant is not required. 3.
Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the interim

O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or local two sureties in the like amount.
