We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Learned AGP submits that there is a remedy of revision under section 35 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act.

In light of that we dispose of the Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to file Revision Application along with Stay Application.
