Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.104 of 2022 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC. 2.

The prosecution case is, applicant has committed rape on 15th December, 2021 on the victim who was married his cousin brother.

There is unexplained delay of about three months in lodging FIR.

Apart from above, there is enough material on record to infer consensual relationship between the complainant and the applicant.
