The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The ground made out is that three of the Applicants are over 75 years of age and two of the Applicants are over 70 years of age. Having regard to the said fact, case for expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application is made out. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly, the Civil Revision Application to be placed for final hearing after the Diwali Vacation of the year 2017 in the category of matters relating to senior citizens.
