By this Application, the Applicant husband is seeking condonation of 2 years and 222 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the consent decree passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No.B-49/14. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present proceedings with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
