Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of by directing the District Collector, Solapur, to decide the Gram Panchayat Dispute Application No. 35 of 2023 expeditiously.

Accordingly, the District Collector, Solapur, to decide the Gram Panchayat Dispute Application No. 35 of 2023 expeditiously and preferably within 12 weeks from the date this order is placed before the District Collector, Solapur. 1/2
