In compliance with the order dated 25th August 2021, a Committee was constituted for the purpose of examining the CCTV footage to ascertain whether the petitioner hadrightly been awarded 12.5 marks for putting the shot. The Committee, after looking into the CCTV footage, reported that the petitioner was rightly awarded 12.5 marks instead of 15 as claimed by him.

Copy of the report of the Committee has been tendered by Ms. Salunkhe, learned AGP for the State. It shall be retained with the records, marked "X" for identification. Copy of such report has also been made over to Mr. Bhatkar, learned advocate for the petitioner.

We have perused the report of the Committee. Having regard to such report, the purpose for which this writ petition was instituted has worked itself out and nothing further survives for decision.

The writ petition stands disposed of, without costs. 5.

Mr. Bhatkar has prayed for liberty to challenge the Committee's report before the appropriate forum. Such prayer is granted.
