CORAM : N.M. JAMDAR, J.
DATED : 28 APRIL 2015 P.C.:
Heard the learned Counsel for parties.
2.
As per the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, it appears that the main grievance of the petitioner is that the application for interim relief filed by the petitioner in MARJI Application No. 83/2013 has not been decided on merits. It is not necessary to proceed further to examine the merits, as the petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Small Causes Court Judge, Bandra, is to decide the interim application filed by the petitioner, on merits, if not already disposed of. All contentions of both the parties as regard the merits of interim application are kept open. 3.
Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.
