By this Application, under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Applicant wife is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.10 of 2019 filed by Respondent husband for divorce under section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baramati.
The learned counsel for the Respondent after arguing for some time, made a statement after taking instruction from the client who is 1/3
present in court that if Marriage Petition No.10 of 2019 is decided on or before December, 2020, they have no objection for transferring the matter to the Baramati Court. Hence, by consent, following order is passed: A.
Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate order and direction directing the petition being M.P. No.10 of 2019 pending before the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel may transfer to Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division at Baramati on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Hearing of Marriage petition No.10 of 2019 is expedited.
C.
This court expects Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baramati to decide Divorce Petition filed by Respondent husband under section 13 (1)(1a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, as early as possible, but in any case, on or before December, 2020 after hearing both the sides. 2/3

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
