Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, having taken telephonic instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 18th February 2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Vasai in Revision Application No.44 of 2014. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
