The above Writ Petition seeks a limited relief against the Respondents to decide the Application dated 11th November, 2011 filed under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Since this is the limited relief sought, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the concerned Authority to decide the Application dated 11th November, 2011 filed by the father of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event by 5th July, 2024.
