In this petition orders dated 1st July, 2019 passed by Respondent No. 2 (Exhibit-A) and order dated 30th November, 2019 passed by Respondent No. 3 (Exhibit-B), are under challenged. In view of considerable period lapse between filing this petition and orders impugned in the petitioner, we do not think it necessary to adjudicate this petition. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.

We grant liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh for parole/furlough, as the case may be, in accordance with the procedure and in case such application is filed by the petitioner, the Bhagyawant Punde
