The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2Board states that considering the facts and circumstances, taking a lenient view the Board had permitted the Petitioners to deposit late fees with forms and the Petitioners have deposited the late fees.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the forms have been accepted and seat numbers are allotted and

Needless to state that the further procedure after accepting forms will be taken by the Respondent as per law. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
