Although, we had heard this petition on the earlier occasion and had closed the proceedings for orders, today, Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the Petitioners has made a prayer that his clients would intend to withdraw this petition, with liberty to assail, the Order-inOriginal impugned in the present proceedings before the Appellate Authority.

If the Petitioners files an appeal within four weeks from today, then let the same be decided without any objection to limitation for the reason that the Petitioners were bonafide pursuing the present proceedings before this Court.
