It is agreed between the parties that this petition can be disposed of on the basis of the same order as in the case of Writ Petition No.5040 of 2008 and others passed on 11/16 December 2019. The order allowed the petitions. Since the facts of this case are same as these other cases and common submissions are made, this writ petition is, also, allowed and Rule is made absolute by quashing and setting aside the order of the Industrial Court at Nashik impugned in the present petition and dismissing the subject complaint of unfair labour practice.
