Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 23rd January 2020, passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane, in M.A.C.P.No.427 of 2008, awarding Rs.24,61,846/- to the claimant alongwith interest at the rate of 7% p.a., the appellant has prayed for stay to the execution and implementation to the judgment and award.

Learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest
17.doc as awarded by the learned Member, shall be deposited with M.A.C.T., Thane, within 4 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the application. 3.
If the applicant fails to deposit the amount as above, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
