1. By this petition, the petitioner corporation challenges an order and judgment dated 21 st November, 2015. Today, it is stated by Mr. Pathak that the respondent has already received all benefits due to upon his retirement and in terms of the impugned judgment. Accordingly, nothing survives in this petition.
