Heard learned counsel for parties.

Both the learned counsel submits that they have already filed consent terms on 14th July, 2016, before this Court. The same is on record at exh. X-1.

Both the learned counsel submits that Family Court Appeal as well as the Civil Application can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms with liberty to both the parties to take out appropriate applications in case of any difficulty in executing the consent terms arise. To that effect both the learned counsel given in writing, same is taken on record which Pg 1 of 2

903.fca.96.2013.doc is marked X-2. The same is accepted. With these following order is passed;

(a) Family Court Appeal No. 96 of 2013 as well Civil Application No. 143 of 2013 are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(b) The consent terms be treated as an part and parcel of the decree;

(c) Liberty as prayed is granted to both the parties; (d) No order as to costs.

At this stage, learned advocate Ms Koparkar, appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant is present in the Court. Her presence is recorded.
