P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition of attendance to the concerned Police station imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 27th January, 2006. By the said condition, the Applicant is directed to attend Deccan Gymkhana Police Station once in a week. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of his release from the Jail, the Applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that, till date due to various reasons, charge has not been framed by 1/2

In view of the above, I am inclined to modify the said condition. The Applicant is hereinafter directed to attend Deccan Gymkhana Police Station on every first Monday of 3rd Calendar month i.e. 4 times in a year between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the Trial.
