The hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited and peremptorily fixed on th September, 2017 at 03.00 p.m.

Printing of the paper book is dispensed with, the private paper book shall be filed on or before 8 th August, 2017 and a copy of the same shall be provided to the Advocates for the Respondents.

By an order of this Court ( Coram : R.D. Dhanuka, J.) dated 6 th December, 2016 the statement of the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicant that a fresh bank-guarantee of Rs. 2 Lacs in favour of Registrar of this Court would be provided within a period of two weeks from the date of the order, was accepted.

I am informed that the Applicant has complied with the said statement and has furnished the bank-guarantee, which will remain in force upto 21 st December, 2021. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants states that in fact the Applicant shall keep the bank-guarantee alive / active / in force until the hearing and final disposal of the above Second Appeal. The statement is accepted. The claim of the Respondent No. 1 is therefore protected and no further orders are required to be passed.
