Considering the nature of accusations levelled against the applicant in the subject C.R., the Investigating Offcer shall issue notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. to the applicant. Upon such notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Offcer and the Investigating Offcer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. 2.
