Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is only seeking the prayer that the complaint of the Petitioner dated 01-06-2021 be decided by the Respondent No.4- Assistant Commissioner, Thane Municipal Corporation.

In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.4-Assistant Commissioner, Thane Municipal Corporation to decide the complaint of the Petitioner dated 01-06-2021 expeditiously. Needless to say that if any adverse order is to be passed, an opportunity shall be given to the affected party to respond to the representation of the Petitioner.
