The limited grievance of the Petitioner is for a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the complaint made by the Petitioner against issuance of caste certificate to Respondent No.1. The learned AGP, on instructions, states that Respondent No.2 shall address the issue and take a decision on the complaint of the Petitioner within a period of three months from today. We take on record the statement of the learned AGP and dispose of the Writ Petition accordingly.
