After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the applicant is in custody since 2018, the trial of the applicant is expedited.

In view of the aforesaid, the Interim Application being Criminal Interim Application (Stamp) No. 15725 of 2021 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
