Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned In-charge Registrar (Judicial-II) by conditional order dated 17th February, 2017 directed the

Rane 2/2 CA-335-2019 (sr.16) 25.2.2019 applicants to remove all the office-objections. That since office-objections were not removed within time, the Appeal was dismissed. The applicants seek restoration of the Appeal.

That for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Appeal is restored to file subject to condition that the applicants shall remove all office objections within a week from today.

If the office-objections are removed within the stipulated time, the office is directed to place this Appeal for admission on 4th March, 2019 alongwith Second Appeal No. 484 of 2017 on the supplementary board.
