Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. This is an application for permission to renew the passport of the applicant.

The applicant is an accused in Sessions Case No.385 of 2009. The passport of the applicant has expired on 06/05/2019 and therefore, the applicant may be permitted to renew the said passport by himself. The record indicates that on earlier occasion the applicant was permitted to renew his

924-Appp-657-2019 passport.

In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to renew his passport from the concerned authority as per the prevailing law and regulations.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
