Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant is now seeking bail.

It is the prosecution case that the applicant gave fistblows and kick-blows to deceased Harshal and thereafter he gave blows with brick on the head of Harshal. P.W.5 Sunny and P.W.6 Amit are eye witnesses to the incident. They have clearly Page No.1 of 2

APPA 619 OF 2015.doc stated that the applicant gave fist blows, kick blows and thereafter gave blows with brick on the head of Harshal. 4.

Looking to the evidence on record, especially the evidence of of P.W.5 Sunny and P.W.6 Amit, we are not inclined to grant bail.

Application for bail is rejected.
