Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 29.12.2014 passed by Director of Agricultural and Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune in Appeal No.2 of 2014 directing them to give promotion to the respondent no.1.

Bare reading of the impugned order shows that respondent no.1 was due for promotion and inspite of that same was not granted to him.

Considering these facts, I do not find any reason to entertain the present petition.

Hence, same stands rejected.
