In view of this statement, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application and seeks withdrawal of this application. Therefore the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

In case, if the investigating agency decides to arrest the Applicant in the same connection, they shall given clear four days' notice to the Applicant to enable him to approach appropriate Court for appropriate relief.
