Applicants i.e. husband and mother-in-law of Respondent No.2 have filed present Application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of C.R. No. 25 of 2023, dated 9th January, 2023, registered with Park Site Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by consent of Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar Affidavit of Respondent No.2 dated 28th April, 2023 duly affirmed before a Notary Public. Her signature has been identified by Advocate Mr. Mandar G. Bagkar. In para No.6 thereof, Respondent No.2 has stated that, dispute between her and Applicants is resolved amicably and she has voluntarily withdrawn all her allegations against Applicants. She 1/2

Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterated the contents of her Affidavit dated 28th April, 2023 and her "no objection" for quashing of C.R. No. 25 of 2023, registered with Park Site Police Station, Mumbai. 4.

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
