Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In the interest of justice and in order to enable the Petitioner to approach appropriate forum, ad-interim relief granted under paragraph 4 of the order dated 23rd June 2016 is continued for the period of four weeks from today.
