DATE : 11 AUGUST 2023 P.C. :- The Petitioner, who is a son of Respondent No.1, seeks direction against the employer of Respondent No.1 to conduct another departmental inquiry. Respondent No.1-, the Petitioner's father, in the inquiry report, was not found guilty and therefore, the Petitioner seeks to set aside the inquiry report. The Petitioner further prays that the retirement benefits of Respondent No.1 be withheld. The Petitioner has not been able to demonstrate any legal right for these prayers nor any locus. We are not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction at the behest of the Petitioner.
