This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail granted by this court vide order dated 6th July, 2020.

2021.01.13 16:07:35 +0530 No.247 of 2019 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai RajeP.

Aher vide order dated 6th July, 2020 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.674 of 2020. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- in lieu of surety for a period of 12 weeks. 3.

It is submitted that, on account of pandemic situation Sajakali Jamadar

Considering submissions, time to furnish surety is extended by Eight weeks. Consequently, the facility of cash bail security is further continued for a period of Eight weeks. 5.
