The applicant himself state that the trial before the Special Court, Solapur has commenced and five witnesses have already been examined and his instructions are, three more witnesses are awaiting their examination. Since the C.R. is of 2019, learned Special Court would make every attempt to conclude the trial expeditiously, particularly when the applicant is incarcerated from the date of his arrest.
